Click the preferred wallpaper. Then right click on the fully loaded image and click "Set as wallpaper" or "Set as background". If a "Set as wallpaper" option isn't available, you will need to download the image at set it as the wallpaper either via your file manager or computers settings.
Your operating system should then do the resizing for you. If not, make sure your wallpaper setting is set to "Stretched" or "Zoomed".
